These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the LibertyFutures platform. By registering, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
Access to LibertyFutures is reserved for persons of legal age (18 years or older). You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
The challenge consists of demonstrating your ability to trade profitably in compliance with the defined rules. Challenge rules are available on your dashboard and on the Offers page. If the challenge fails (rule violation), the account is lost with no refund. There is no reset system: in case of failure, a new challenge must be purchased.
Upon passing the challenge, you gain access to a funded account provided by LibertyFutures. The capital made available is the exclusive property of LibertyFutures. Profits generated are shared according to the conditions defined in your dashboard (100% of profits, with a maximum of 50% withdrawable on the first 5 payouts). LibertyFutures reserves the right to close a funded account in case of rule violation or fraudulent behavior.
Challenge fees are paid once, with no subscription or activation fees. Payments are processed through our secure provider. Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account is activated and first logins have been made.
The affiliate program offers a 5% commission on each purchase made through your referral link. Commissions are paid according to the terms defined on the Affiliate page. LibertyFutures reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
Any prohibited behavior results in immediate account closure without refund.
LibertyFutures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
