• Identification: last name, first name, email, country, login credentials (password stored hashed).
• Purchased accounts: range, size, price, purchase date, status and history (including resets granted by support).
• Trading: accounts, positions, executed orders, balances and P&L received from Rithmic, statistics.
• Journal: notes and screenshots you add to your trading journal.
• Rithmic credentials assigned to your account (password stored encrypted).
• KYC: name, date of birth, nationality, postal address, identity document and selfie, requested before any payout.
• Payment: processed by our payment provider; your card details are not stored by LibertyFutures.
• Technical: IP address, connection logs, anti-bot data, session cookies and, only if you accept them, audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics).
• Communications: messages sent to support and to the AI coach.
• Waitlist: email, first name (optional), account you are interested in, language and link source, who invited you if applicable and a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address (referral check; your IP address is not stored in clear), with your consent to receive the launch announcement.

• Providing the services (accounts, rule monitoring, dashboard, journal, payouts): performance of the contract.
• Managing purchased accounts (activation, rule monitoring, payouts): performance of the contract.
• Identity verification, fraud prevention and accounting obligations: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
• Website security and bot protection: legitimate interest.
• Service emails (credentials, notifications, payouts): performance of the contract.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics): your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Waitlist and launch announcement: your consent, which you can withdraw in one click with the link in every email. Referral check (IP fingerprint): our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent sign-ups.

Your data is accessible to authorized LibertyFutures staff and to the providers strictly needed:

• Rithmic: trading infrastructure (accounts, orders, positions, P&L).
• Vercel: website hosting. Railway: server and database hosting.
• Payment provider: payments. Resend: email delivery, including contact form messages.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile): bot protection.
• Google (Google Analytics): audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
• Anthropic: generating the AI coach answers from your messages and trading statistics.

We never sell your data.

Some providers are located in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.

• Account and trading data: during the relationship, then 3 years.
• Journal notes and screenshots: until you delete them or the account is closed.
• Waitlist: until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after you signed up.
• KYC: 5 years after the end of the relationship.
• Accounting records (payments, payouts): 10 years.
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
• Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum. Your choice in the cookie banner: 6 months, then you are asked again.

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and Rithmic credentials are encrypted (AES-256) before storage. Access to data is limited to the people who need it.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: contact@libertyfutures.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage essential to the service (session, login, language, bot protection, remembering your choice): they do not require your consent.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics): these cookies are only set if you click "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. Refusing has no effect on your access to the site. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the site pages; if you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
